This is a 3-year collaborative event combining the efforts of Carnegie Visual Arts Center in Decatur\, AL\,  Kennedy-Douglass Center in Florence\, AL and Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment in Huntsville\, AL. \nThis year the event will be hosted by the Carnegie Visual Arts Center in Decatur\, Alabama. The Plein Air Event will take place November 5th-11th and the finished pieces will be displayed in an exhibit from December 22\, 2026 to February 13\, 2027 at the Carnegie Visual Arts Center.
