Join us on Thursday, December 19^th, for Dinner with the Artist- Prentiss Douthit, 6pm at the Carnegie Visual Arts Center.

Dinner will be served by Simp McGhee’s and accompanied with a wine pairing. Cash bar available. $50 per person. Limited seating available.

Prentiss was born and raised in Decatur, Alabama and earned a BFA in graphic design and painting from the University of Montevallo. Currently he lives, paints, laughs, and writes stories in a little old house in Austin, Texas.

Enjoy an intimate evening with the artist over dinner as he shares more insights of the stories behind the paintings and photographs during his travels that are so beautifully depicted in his newly published  coffee table book,  An All New Light. Books will be available for purchase and to be signed by the artist.
