“Underground” is a collection of textured abstractions created by Geppe Hernandez that speak to the fragile harmony that occurs when creation and decay coexist. Through these worn, ethereal surfaces the artist explores the unseen layers beneath human and urban
experience. Geppe states, “I paint to confront impermanence, to honor both the turbulence and quiet that define human experience.” A reception for this exhibit will be held on Tuesday, Oct 28th, from 5-7 pm at the HSV Airport.
